He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Blackwell and Starleen Blackwell (Lacquement); and his brother Ray Blackwell. He is survived by: his children, Dellen (Brandi Blackwell) of Earlsboro, Abigail (Justin Lewis) of McComb, Heather Blackwell of Seminole, Caitlin (Dylan Stephens) of Prague and Kachena (Cammeron Hull) of Eagle River, Alaska; his brothers, Tommy (Lori Blackwell) of Prague and Tim (Kristie Blackwell) of Shawnee; and his friend Jeff Nye of Prague.
