She was predeceased by: her parents, George William and Maxine Ellen Boulter (Birdsall). She is survived by: her husband Donald Lucerne Martindale; her children, Craig (Vanessa Martindale) of North Carolina, David (Denise Martindale) of Tennessee, Brad (Lynda) of Michigan, Matt (Robyn) of Seminole, OK, Kimberly Williams (Steven Taylor) of Missouri, Julie Williams and Jeff Williams of Prague; and her sister Janet (Tony Richards) of Michigan. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
