He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Wayne and Ginger Lee West (Rogers) of Shawnee; his wife Donna "DJ" West; his close friend Leonard Wayne (Irene); his children, Ashley Ragsdale (Chandler) of Prague, Austin West (Elizabeth) of Prague, Arin West (Kylie Willis) of Prague, Edmond and Jamie Schulze; his grandchildren, Wyatt Wayne West, Mia Marie West and Malia Machelle West; his brothers, Scottie West of Shawnee and Rikki West (Trisha) of Yukon; his mother-in-law Donna Davidson of Prague; and his siblings-in-law, Rocky Webb (Diane) of Choctaw, Darla Bias of Prague and Marenda Irick of Prague. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
