He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sandness and Luella Sandness (Smith); and his brothers, Raymond Sandness and Leonard Sandness. He is survived by: his wife Laura Sandness; his sons, Marc Sandness (Pam) of Prague and Rick Sandness (Beth) of Prescott, Kansas; his siblings, Wes Sandness of Pittsburg, Doris McIntire of Erie and Jan Poort (Brian) of Topeka, Kansas; his grandchildren, Trey Sandness (Allie) of Utah, Wyatt Sandness (Meredith) of Kansas, Alexis Jameson (Hunter) of California, Josh Sandness (Emma) of Kansas, Josh Kidder, Caleb Kidder, Khristina Kidder, Joe Kidder and Karma Mashek of Oklahoma; and his great grandchildren, Madi Sue and Gavin of Utah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
