She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Tomlin and Florence Tomlin; her husband James Smith; her siblings, Bessie and Theodore; and her grandson John.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Jean of Prague and James Jr. Maxcine (Sherry) of Boley; and her siblings, Etta Hornbeck of Oklahoma City and Rudolph Tomlin of Oklahoma City.
