She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Dale Fisher and Elizabeth Ann Thompson; her sister Linda Middleton; her brother-in-law Steve Middleton of Edmond; her niece Ellen Middleton of Edmond; and her nephew Matt Middleton of Edmond. She is also survived by other relatives, caregivers and friends.
