He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Smith and Lila Smith (Gradrick); and his daughter Wanda. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Smith of Okemah; his daughter Cathy Trout (Jim) of Texas; and his stepson Mike Fuller (Judy) of Okemah. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchild along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home (301 N 3rd St, Okemah, OK 74859).
