She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Sidney and Lucille Miranda Quary (Harrelson); her husband Bob Adkisson; her brother Eddie Quary; and her brother-in-law David Butterfield.

She is survived by: her son Robert "Brian" Adkisson (Jenny) of Prague; her grandchildren, Haley Smith (Anthony) of Prague, Jake Adkisson of Prague and Bobby Adkisson of Prague; her sister Sharon Butterfield of Prague; and her nieces, Jen Howell (Lacey) of Prague and Dawn Cahoon (Clifton) of Prague.
