We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2024, at the age of 86, Jo Ann Tapp Chadwell of Prague, Oklahoma, born in Compton, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Holloway Grace and Mary Grace (Thomas); her husband John Dale Tapp; her children-in-law, Phil Adams, Terry Gouker and Laura Tapp; and her siblings, Jackie Cecil Grace, Robert Grace, Janet Grace and Wanda Jane Avila.
She is survived by: her children, John Steven Tapp of Prague, Dennis Craig Tapp of Newport News, Virginia, Jeanne Gail Adams of Lake View, Jo Ellen Gouker of Prague and Judi Lynne Smith (Gregg) of Prague; and her sister Christina Townsend. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
