He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Jones and Agnes Yates (Henry); his daughter Sharron Wolford; his granddaughter Stephanie Wolford; and his siblings, Lloyd, Jim, Charles Yates and Ima Jean Gann.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Ann; his children, Jesse Linn Yates of Prague and Jerry Lewis of Shawnee; and his brother Floyd Yates of Norman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
