He is survived by: his wife Glena Prather (Middleton); his children, Keith Prather (Darla) and Alicia Prather; his granddaughters, Jessica Hill (Court) and Alison Rasmussen (Wyatt); his brother Dwayne; and his sisters-in-law, Geraldine Middleton, Lavon Baxter and Peggy Prather. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
