He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ray and Jarvis "Pansy" McAnally (Davis); his son Jeremy McAnally; and his brothers, Marcus Ray McAnally, Steve Allen McAnally, Freddy Joe McAnally and Phillip Wayne McAnally.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Ann McAnally; his children, Jerrica Ake and Jerry Dale "JD" McAnally Jr. of Prague; his grandchildren, Darrian Mills, Trevor Mills, Mackenzie Mills, Jaylynn McAnally and Jayden McAnally; and his siblings, Keven McAnally (Lori) and Deneen Carter (Chris). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
