He is survived by: his son Jonathon Tappe; his wife Margie Lee Tappe; his brother David Tappe (Katie); his sisters-in-law, Janet Baker (Dean) and Judy Frost (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Andy Thomas, Christina Cook, Matthew Tappe, Brian Tappe, Reanna Orso, Amy Tappe, David Tappe, Kema Vasser, David Frost, Becky Frost, Larry Baker and Sheila Powell. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends.
