He is survived by: his son David Lewis; his granddaughter Emma Caraker; his sister Dorothy Williams; his father-in-law David Neely; his siblings-in-law, Billy and Colette Neely; his nieces and nephews, Calen, Ciera, Holden and Hazel Neely; his brothers-in-law, David Neely (Robyn), Johnny Lewis and Richard Brooks; and also Edna Lewis. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
