He is survived by: his wife Vicki Fairbanks; his daughters, Hannah Grace and Hailey Sue; his father Mike Fairbanks; his stepmother Jenny Fairbanks; his mother Janet Parks; his sister Kristina Degraffenreid; his brother-in-law Steve Degraffenreid; his father-in-law Shelby Prince; his sisters-in-law, Shelly Stockton and Cindy Wackerly (Travis); his grandmother Pearl Kaltenbach; his aunt Kathy Gunter; his uncle Ronald Fairbanks (Julia); and also Ted Kaltenbach (Rhea). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and many other family and friends.
