It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jean Smith of Prague, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 5, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Hubert Ray Smith; and her parents, Otto and Alice Mae Heinzig (Ueltzen). She was also cherished by two children, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
