He was predeceased by: his father William C. "Bill" Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Smith, Wesley Smith and John Smith. He is survived by: his mother Doris Smith (Fennel) of Prague; his daughter Alicia Davis (Kevin) of Marlow; his grandchildren, Charlotte and Warren Davis of Marlow; and his siblings, Mark Smith of Porum, Debbie Harden (David) of Prague and Janet Coffey of Prague. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
