He is survived by: his children, Richie Sedlacek (Traci) and Shannon Holland (Derek); his grandchildren, Karis Jade Carpenter, Richmond Derek Sedlacek (Amber), Devin Brook Sedlacek and Bostyn Kip Collins (Jayda); his great grandchildren, Colton Carpenter, Viviann Blayke Carpenter, Ella Jade Carpenter, Iris Jo Sedlacek, Jackson Ray Sedlacek, Ivy Faye Collins and Boone Kip Collins; his sister Norene Zink (Ken); and his brother-in-law Paul Spitler.
