He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bohuslavicky and Lillian June Marler (Ziegler); his stepfather Cecil Marler; his daughter Lori Ann Bohuslavicky; and his half-siblings, Eddie Earl Bohuslavicky and Patricia Ann Bohuslavicky.
He is survived by: his stepfather Charles Robert Marler; his wife Doris Fearing Bohuslavicky; his children, Robert Bohuslavicky of Houston, Texas, Deborah C Leichliter (Chris) of Sunburst and Patricia S. Bonar (James) of Katy, Texas; his stepdaughter Stacy Warner Vrba (Warren) of Katy, Texas; his half-brother Clifford Marler (Marion) of Oklahoma City; his sister-in-law Harlene Simpson (Mark) of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Kelli Gail Evans-Adams, Todd, Cheyana, Hunter Leichliter, Melissa Melnar, Jay Bonar, Harrison, Greyson and Coleton Vrba; his great grandchildren, Chase, Wyatt, Krystopher, Madison, Macy, Max, Alexandra and Kyle; his great great grandchild Everly Jo; his aunts, Charliene Ziegler Kimery and Mary Bohuslavicky Fulton; and his parents-in-law, John and Lucy Fearing. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Charles' honor to the Czech National Cemetery in Prague.
