He is survived by: his wife Regina Yvonne Smith; his children, Terry Smith, Traci Smith of Oklahoma City, OK, Aaron Smith, Jenny Smith of Shawnee, OK, Patricia Pennington, John Pennington of McAlester, OK, Brenda Bennett of Fairfax, OK, LuVonda Goad and Greg Goad of Ralston, OK; his siblings, Jerry Smith, Sharon Smith of Prague, OK, Sammy Smith, Linda Smith of Prague, OK, Joyce Ellison of Prague, OK and Sue Schima of Prague, OK; and his stepdaughters, Bonnie Lazenby, Connie Sutton, Smoky Sutton, Dawne Arnold, Kim Black, Jeff Black, Stormy Aymelak, Dixie Hoopes and Gene Hoopes. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
