He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Cook and Kathryn Cook (Frizzell); and his daughter Misty Lawson. He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Venard; and his sister Peggy Smith. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and many more extended family and friends.
