We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2019, at the age of 85, Bill M. Pennel (Prague, Oklahoma), born in Cassville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Pennel and Frances Pennel (Catron); his son Michael Pennel; and his siblings, Elburn Prier and Virginia Gullett.

He is survived by: his wife Viva Pennel; his children, Mark Pennel (Becky) and Lori Blackwell (Tommy); and his brother Connie Prier. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
