She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Nathan and Margaret Beatrice Frakes (Fabian); her husband Clarence Parker; her grandparents, Bob, Opal Frakes, Otis, Nona Fabian, Rex Allen and Darrel Duane Frakes; and her great grandchildren, Trey Keith Harrod and Leland William Lichlyter.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Keith Harrod (Cheryl) of Atlanta, Teresa Lynn Harrod Tackett (William Edward) of Prague and George Scott Harrod (Amy) of McKinney, Texas.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
