She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Stephen and Christine Pratka (Studler); her brothers, Joe Raymond Pratka and Johnny; her sister-in-law Charlene Pratka; her siblings, Henry Pratka, Mary (Edward Brezny) and Aileen (Vernon Jordan); and her brothers-in-law, John Bartos and Vernon Harper.

She is survived by: her siblings, Steve Pratka (Pam) of Prague, Lillie Bartos of Prague, Geraldine Harper of Prague and Rosalie Navrath (Joe) of Prague; and her sister-in-law Shirlene Pratka.
