She is survived by: her husband Dean Qualls; her son Shawn L. Goad, Sr. (Tammy); her sisters, Lorraine Hensley, Irene Pitts and Linda McClain; her grandchildren, Waylon Goad (Tiffany), Shawn Goad, Jr. (Autumn), Aaron Goad (Jayme), Cody Ray Fox (Kristina), Reese Qualls (Alia), Matt Akers (Erin), Nicole Fox, Misty McBride (Joey), Allison Qualls and Stephanie Gillham (Thad); and her stepchildren, Royce Qualls (Kathleen), Vickie Dulane Qualls-Winston and Susan Akers (Steve Numerous).
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grace Manor Funeral Home (28918 205th Ave, Poteau, OK 74953). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Funeral Service Chapel (28918 205th Ave, Poteau, OK 74953).
