With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Wesley Pickle of Poteau, Oklahoma, born in Monroe, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 21, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Pickle (Hemphill) and Sam Pickle; and his siblings, Jerome Pickle, Hazel Ward, Sylvan "Syb" Pickle and Syble Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Pat (Turner); his children, Susan Pickle Boggs (Brian) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Linda Jane Boyd (Curtis) of Tipton, Oklahoma and David Sam Pickle (Kris) of Poteau, Oklahoma; and his sister Mildred Pickle of Iowa City, Iowa.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
