He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hiram and Clara Dean Lenard of Poteau, Oklahoma; his siblings, Charles Lenard of Crystal Springs, George Lenard of Shreveport and Carrie Glenn of Heavener, Oklahoma; his son-in-law Dr. William "Bill" Crotty of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and his grandsons, Matthew Linton of Arkoma and William Crotty II of Fort Smith, Arkansas..
He is survived by: his children, Teena Crotty of Hackett, Teresa Pickle of Pocola, Tabrina Wasson (Robert) of Arkoma and Thomas Lenard (Donna) of Arkoma, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Emmie Carpenter (Gary) of Wister, Janie Owens (Davey) of Summerfield and James (Lynn) of Haskell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
