He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Devlin (Dudley) and Charles Devlin; his son Denny Devlin; and his granddaughter Miranda Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Devlin (Ray); his children, Joel Thomas (Laurie), Jerry Thomas (Sheryl), Michael Devlin, Tamyra Devlin Mize and Tara Devlin; his grandchildren, Jake Thomas, Brooke, Jordan Thomas, Nicole Devlin, Shelby Devlin, Mitchell Devlin, Adrianna Devlin, Grace Devlin and Kyler Devlin; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Thomas, Ember Burkhart, Eden Burkhart, Olivia Devlin and Gia Devlin.
