He is survived by: his parent Linda Rocha (Billy); his wife Melissa Rocha; his children, Herman Billy of McCurtain, Matthew Cruz Rocha (Casey) of Poteau, Marlin Rocha, Cassidy Collins and Wynetti Lovell (Kendall) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Justin, Brooklyn, Peyton, A. J., Harmony, Jayla and Ruby; and his brother Kelly Billy (Debbi) of Heavener. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
