He is survived by: his mother Carol Meins of Sterling Kansas; his siblings, Alan Meins, Ramona Meyer of Greeley Colorado, James Craig Meins (Sherry Meins) and Kurt Meins of Greeley Colorado; his children, Mathew Meins of Gentry Ar, Nicole Lyman (Kendal Lyman) of Watts Oklahoma and Amy Brigance (William Brigance) of Poteau Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Ethan Meins, Andrew Brigance, Kaden Lyman, Kaylea Meins, Lilly Meins, Emma Brigance and Katrina Lyman.
