He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd C. Self and Jewell Self (Monks); and his sister Debra Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughter Twila Dawn; his son-in-law Donnie Bickford; his son Kenneth Raymond "Rowdy" II; his daughter-in-law Cindy Self; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Shaina Goodman, Marleigh Self, Mickaela Bickford, Javan Self and J. D. Bickford; his great grandchildren, Lily Smalling and Rosalie Goodman; and his siblings, Annette Price and William "Bill" Self. He is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
