He is survived by: his wife Janice Blevins; his niece Liberty Walker; his children, Joy Hill, Randy Hill, Bobby Blevins, Jeannie, Frank Henry, Jan Carter and Johnny Lee Pitchford; his grandchildren, Dustin, Dewayne, Allen Peek, Kaylene Hill, Mac Hill, Jessica Montez, Jimmy Pitchford, Megan Brown, Hayden Henry, Brandi Calyton, Kristina Deyo, Amber Carter and Kenny Bird; and his sister Corlis Smith. He is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
