He is survived by: his wife Robin Riggs; his sons, Matthew Riggs of Poteau and Paul Riggs of Poteau, Oklahoma.; his sisters, Glenda Riggs of Poteau and Gayle Overacre of Little Rock, Arkansas.; his granddaughters, Nova Hargis (Aaron) of Fort Smith and Autumn Riggs of Lavaca, Arkansas.; and his great grandchild Ember Hargis.
