She was predeceased by: her parents, John Michalski and Antoinette Michalski (Jankowski); her sister Barbara Jordan; her husband Albert Petrucci; and her daughter Tricia Nichols.

She is survived by: her daughter Denise Smith (Tony) of Poteau, Oklahoma.; her granddaughter Valerie Hayes (Brandon); and her great grandchild Ariella Hayes.
