He was predeceased by: his parents, Winnie Statham (Williamson) and Jim Statham; his siblings, Preston of Jim, JW, Charlie, Mary and Susie; and his pets, Sophie, Phoebe and Geisha.
He is survived by: his wife Tamara Statham (Johnson); his daughter Jana Shults Kostelnik (Mark); his siblings, Sharlet Young, Clara Lou Jones (Danny), Bobby J. Statham (Debbie) and Jerry Statham (Nancy); his mother-in-law Euphia Johnson; his granddaughters, Rosemary and Gillian Kostelnik; and his pet Lizzie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
