He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melva Shelly Neal and Ridley Neal; his wife Karen Neal; his grandson Michael; his sons, Michael and John Neal; and his siblings, Nora Cross, Zelma (David Moore), Marilyn (Steve Harris), Linda Casey, Larry (Ruth Neal) and Ray (Beth Neal). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
