She was predeceased by: her parents, Justice Adkins and Lola Adkins (Holland); her husband Larry Sanders; her granddaughter Autum Meeks; and her siblings, Leonard Adkins, Leslie Adkins, Harold Adkins, Bobby Jean, Cindy Adkins, Ruth Marie, Wanda Lee and Evelyn Marie.
She is survived by: her daughter Tanya Blanchard (Shane Sr.) of Poteau, OK.; her sisters, Beulah King (Leroy) of Poteau, Alice Adkins of Poteau, OK., Leona Hollan of Panama and Cathy Adkins of Poteau, OK.; and her sister-in-law Marion Adkins of Poteau.
