He is survived by: his children, Sabrina Wooten of LeFlore, Ashlyn Bogle of Stigler, Clayton Collins of Poteau, Miles Collins of Poteau and Ayden Collins of Wister; and his siblings, Mitzie Mathis (Doug) of Poteau, Ginger Adams (Darrell) of Wister, Kellie Pruitt (John) of Wister, Tammy Plummer of Poteau and Brett Collins of Poteau. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
