It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lee Brizendine of Porum, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Brizendine and Pearl Lee Brizendine; and his siblings, Lorene Brizendine, Francille Fowler, Thelma Brizendine, Louis Brizendine, William Brizendine and Harvell Brizendine.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Dean Brizendine, Emily Fowler and Louise Alridge of Merced, California.; his children, Thomas Brizendine, Dawn Brizendine of Muskogee, OK and Wolfgang Michael Brizendine of Virginia; his grandsons, Gabriel and Isaac; and his daughter Michelle Brizendine. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, many cousins.
