He is survived by: his children, Anthony Lee Waggoner of California and Tracy Lynn Waggoner of Long Beach, CA; and his stepchildren, Donna Ortez (Mario) of Visalia, CA and Danny Krisk (Donna) of Colorado. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
