She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Neal and Gladys Bernard Neal; her brothers, Floyd and George Neal; her husband Jack Chase; and her grandson Tony Chase.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Talley of Porum, John Chase of Muskogee, Joe Chase of Dothan, Jacquelyn Anderson of Broken Arrow and James Chase (Morgan) of Eufaula, Oklahoma; her siblings, Helen Long, Mary Davis (John), Alva Hiatt (Holly) and Gene Neal (Glenda); and her grandchildren, Misty Carter, Randall Talley, Audrey Wright, Joseph Patten, Amber Haley, LaKrisha Arnell, Christopher Chase, Joshua Anderson, Jakob Anderson, Jerrid Chase and Reianna Chase.

The family requests memorial donations be made in her name to Clarehouse.
