He is survived by: his wife Theresa Keith; and his children, Matthew Cooper (Kelly) of Ottawa, Michael Cooper (Brittany) of Paxton, Illinois and Michelle Nelson-Thomas (Dekoda) of Fisher, Illinois. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
