She was predeceased by: her stepfather Stanley Womack; and her grandparents, Earl, Theta Faulkner, Edmond and Jean Terrell.
She is survived by: her parents, Lawrence Terrell of Ft. Smith and Jeanie Terrell (Faulkner); her stepfather Lee Reece of Porum; her sister Skyla; her brother-in-law Todd Shell of Briartown; and her brothers, Lawrence Dewayne (Michelle Terrell), Billy Terrell Sr., Fred (Jennifer Benton), Travis Terrell Sr. of Porum and Eli (Laci Terrell). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & great nieces.
