It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Jean Dinse of Porum, Oklahoma, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Phyllis Bay and Kenneth Bay; her husband Alan Dinse; her children, Billy Foust, Dusty Foust and Jamie Tice; and her grandchildren, Blake Shelton, Riley Tice and Jarrett Tice.
Kathy was all about giving back, family are asking for a monetary donation to put towards a Scholarship in her name. Donations can be made to Jamie Tice with winner recipient to be announced.
