He is survived by: his wife Edith Head; his sons, Joshua Head and John Head (Dawn) of Porum, OK; his siblings, Don Head (Betty) of Warner, OK, Gene Head of Warner, OK, Carolyn of Muskogee, OK, Linda of Alma, AR and Yvonne; his granddaughters, Taylor of Muskogee, OK, Tara of Muskogee, OK and Tabitha of Muskogee, OK; and his great grandchildren, Corbin and Jaxon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
