He was predeceased by: his father Jessie R. Mendenhall; his wife Christy Mendenhall; his brother Donny Mendenhall; and his granddaughter Gracie Mendenhall. He is survived by: his mother Billie Jo Mendenhall (Hollowell); his close friend Faye Wood; his children, Jeremy Mendenhall (Amanda) of Porum, Kasie Keys (Cody Keys Sr.) of Keys and Janie Mendenhall (Daron Casey) of Porum; his grandchildren, Jesilyn Mendenhall, Jeremyah Mendenhall, Grant York, Ema York, Knox Keys, Bentley Twist, Austin Twist and Ridic Holdridge; and his siblings, Sharon Mendenhall, Larry Howard Sr. (Cheryl) and Darlene Qualls (Randy).
