She was predeceased by: her parents, Tyre Hall and Carrie Hall; her husbands, Charles Edward Smith and Earl Milton Blackwood; her son Jerry Lee Blackwood; her siblings, Jim Hall, Tyre Hall, Luke, Ted, Johnny, Zack Hyslop, Gladys Phillips, Freeda Shamblin, Sadie Shamblin and Louise Ball; and her sons-in-law, Ronnald Lakeman, Earnest, Ray and Osmon.
She is survived by: her children, Charles H. Smith (Barbara) of Oceano, CA, Doyle Blackwood, Kenneth Blackwood (Ann) of Arkansas Two, Betty Lakeman (Linda "Sue" Osmon) and Many; and her niece Lillian Stewart. She is also survived by Many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephews.
