He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Fredrick Swafford and Bessie Mae Swafford (McMahan); his siblings, Ernest, Ronnie, Terry Swafford, LaVonne Swafford and Diana Harwell; and his granddaughter Katy Swafford.
He is survived by: his wife Ginger Swafford; his sons, Kevin Swafford (Sissy) of Porum, OK and Jim Swafford (Sheri) of Porum, OK; his brother Gary Swafford (Diane) of Muskogee, OK; and his grandchildren, Krissi Swafford of Porum, OK, Kevin Swafford (Hollie) of Porum, OK, Kayla Calhoun (Kyle) of Kinta, OK, Allen Goekler (Jordan) of Inola, OK, Lauren Goekler of Muskogee, OK, Paula Goekler of Ft. Gibson, OK, Raine Baldwin (David) of Lake Dallas, TX, Tiara Payton (Zac) of Anderson, MO and Kaday Shields (Seth) of Eufaula, OK. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; and numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins.
