He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Ballard (Shelly) and Justin Ballard (Amber) of Kinta, OK.; his siblings, Manuel Ballard (Reta) of Stigler, OK and Donna Mosing of Stigler, OK.; and his grandchildren, Ty, Reid Ballard, Bentley Ballard of Justinnray Carroll, J. J, Makenzie Carroll and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
