He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Locust and Bertha Locust (Conover); and his wife Christine Locust (Foley). He is survived by: his children, Curtis Locust, Jr. and Kathy Dawn Phenneger Frank (Locust). He is also survived by Six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
